To improve this documenation on NMR softwares in PReSTO we want support from the Swedish NMR community! Please contact PReSTO team member and suggest improvements perhaps sharing an example script, links to recent tutorials, or other information that may help newcomers.
MddNMR is a program for processing of non-uniformly sampled (NUS) multidimensional NMR spectra written by Vladislav Y. Orekhov and colleagues 2004-2020.
qMDD is a Graphical User Interface for MDDNMR software written in Python and uses PySide as a bindings for the Qt cross-platform application and UI framework. qMDD is available from the PReSTO menu
NMRPipe is a UNIX-based collection of programs and scripts for manipulating multidimensional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) data. NMRPipe is provided by the John Marino Group at NIST in partnership with the Ad Bax Group at the NIH. NMRPipe includes a GUI called nmrDraw, which is 32-bit and no 64-bit version of nmrDraw will be produced. We have a singularity container for nmrDraw that runs on NSC Tetralith.
CYANA is a program for automated structure calculation of biological macromolecules on the basis of conformational constraints from NMR. CYANA is documented at Tetralith
The Collaborative Computational Project for NMR, shortened CcpNmr or CCPN, aims to improve and integrate software tools for scientists involved in NMR spectroscopy of biological molecules. The CCPN community forum arranges workshops, conferences and support and is funded by the Medical Research Council in the UK.
